Gen-Pac™
The Gen-Pac™ is the result of many years of experience, which included bench testing and communication with the customer over the first several hundred units sold and this has provided us the basis for constant improvements. We are confident the Gen-Pac™ has quality and durability that our Double Eagle reputation has been based on.

We have now installed the Gen-Pac™ and merged its cooling system to that of nearly any truck engine available today. We have documented the coolant flow rates, pressure and temperature change tendencies before and after these installations. We greatly reduce the chances of errors during installation when the installation is made by our experienced staff. Because of the range of different components on the trucks and the difficulty in providing thorough installation instructions, we are still encouraging all installations to be made at our facility in Shipshewana, Indiana.

If the Gen-Pac™ is installed on a truck which already has a sleeper, modifications need to be made. Pricing will be based on that individual application.

 Three Cylinder Kubota diesel. Parts available through Kubota dealers nationwide and Double Eagle.
Generator:


Fidelity 5KW/8KW (direct driven by Kubota engine). Parts and service through Double Eagle.
12V Alternator:

 51 amp, provides charging for your truck batteries while the Gen-Pac™ is operating. Parts and service through Double Eagle or automotive parts dealers nationwide.

Standard Features:

•Compartment painted to match.

•Dual 120v electrical entrance panel with plug-in provision for alternate electrical power source.

•Interior electrical receptacle.

•2 exterior ground fault interrupter (GFI) protected receptacles,1 in Gen-Pac™ compartment and 1 in truck engine area.

•Remote start in sleeper.

•Fuel supplied from existing tanks.

•All plumbing and wiring, automatic low oil pressure and temperature shut down with volt, temperature and oil monitoring gauges and hour meter.
